Product Description:
RapidNet ULTRA12 Cassette to Cassette looms are designed to offer localized patching fields at both ends of the link. This configuration is beneficial when there isn’t the immediate requirement to utilize all the ports. Looms are factory terminated and tested offering best in class ultra low loss connectivity for rapid deployment of ULTRA12 fiber systems, supporting the increasing demand on data centers. Cassette to Cassette looms offer lower insertion loss compared to typical cassette
and backbone cable configurations. The compact design allows for a ultra high density installations to be realized, maximizing critical connectivity real estate. RapidNet ULTRA12 Cassettes are designed to be compatible with future VSFF connectors such as CS and SN which will take the fiber capacity from 12 fibers (LC) to either 18 fibers (CS) or 24fibres (SN).
Looms can be produced to your required length in either single or double jacket constructions. Cassette to Cassette looms are made with 3.0mm single jacket cables which contain Corning® SMF-28® fibers for Singlemode and ClearCurve® fibers for Multimode.
