Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
To Request a return, please email us with "RMA Request" in the Subject Line along with the following information:
- Website Order Number or Invoice Number
- Part Number of Item Returning
- Quantity Requesting to Return
- Reason for Return Request
Return Conditions:
- The product shall be returned and received at Cables Plus USA address within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product shall be returned to Cables Plus USA unopened, in its original packaging. All peripheral, support articles and instruction manuals originally included in the sale must be returned as well.
- Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable Item returns shall only be accepted if found to have manufacturing defects or do not meet workmanship standards.
- Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable Items, but not limited to below:
- Visual Inspection Equipment
- Electronic Test Equipment
- Termination Kits
- Corrugated and Smoothwall Innerduct
- Bulk Fiber Optic Cable
- Fusion Splicers
- Products Made to Order Such as:
- Cables Assemblies
- Cassettes
Refund Process:
- Once you obtain a "30 Day Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA Number) please ship the product in question to the address provided. You must include a copy of the RMA with the package and include “Attn: RMA ______ (Number)” in the shipping address.
- The customer bears all financial responsibility for all shipping and handling charges incurred both in the sending of product (including all materials as described in article #2 above) to the customer and the return of product (including all materials as described in article #2 above) to Cables Plus USA.
- KEEP TRACKING NUMBER OF YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
- Cables Plus USA shall inspect product upon receipt. Once inspection is completed and product meets the above conditions, Cables Plus USA shall refund the purchase price less any restock fees and shipping costs.
- Returns are subject to restock fees. Restock fees can vary depending on product type and may be based on individual manufacturers' return policies.
- Cables Plus USA has a minimum restock fee of 5%, to cover order processing and credit card transaction fees. This restock fee does not apply to items damaged in shipping or items that functionally do not meet workmanship standards. Restock Fees typically do not exceed 25%.
Additional Considerations:
- IF PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO CABLES PLUS USA AND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS SENT TO YOU, CABLES PLUS USA SHALL RECEIVE THE RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RMA# OR CUSTOMER SHALL OWE PRODUCT & SHIPPING COSTS.
- Cables Plus USA reserves the right to refund money to the customer in the method that Cables Plus USA chooses. These are, but not limited to, credit card refund, ACH or Wire Transfer, check, money order or store credit.
- Cables Plus USA reserves the right to alter the conditions of the Return Policy at any time without notice.
- Corrugated and Smooth Wall Innerduct Products Product Return Terms & Conditions:
- All sales of innerduct and smooth wall products on CablesPlusUSA.com are final. Due to the nature of these products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for innerduct and smooth wall products.
- Kendall Howard Product Return Terms & Conditions:
- All Authorized Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Form or a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Kendall Howard will not process returns or issue credit for any item(s) returned without a valid Return Authorization Form or RMA number.
- All Authorized Returns must be delivered to Kendall Howard on or before the specified "RETURN BY DATE" (30 days from return authorization).
- All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. Kendall Howard encourages the use of insured parcel service, allowing for customer's to track and provide proof of delivery if deemed necessary.
- Kendall Howard will accept no liability for damages resulting from return shipping. In the event of return shipping damage, reseller will be given (14) days to retrieve or dispose of returned product(s).
- All Authorized Returns must be in "Like New" condition and returned complete, containing all original parts, hardware, documentation, and packaging materials to be eligible for credit.
- All "No Fault Returns" are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless otherwise agreed. Kendall Howard reserves the right to nullify the return agreement (deny eligibility for credit) if the return(s) do not conform to the above terms and conditions.
