Corning Cable Systems Loose Tube Cable Furcation Kit

Is a low-cost furcation option for loose tube cables at outdoor termination locations, including direct terminations of distribution cables at pedestal locations. The flexible design accommodates a wide variety of applications and hardware and enables users to terminate 6- to 216-fiber count cables that use buffer tubes to protect and manage fibers.

The kit, with its compact design, eliminates the need for splicing hardware, trays, pigtails and additional space in the frame or wiring closet. The loose tube cable furcation kit seals the cable sheath, providing a moisture barrier at the termination point.
