Description:
The High Density Fiber-to-the-Desktop (FTTD) Enclosure is a compact, high-strength optical fiber termination box designed to support flexible deployment of fiber connectivity at user workstations. This enclosure enables secure, organized termination of optical cable and pigtails at or near the desktop and can be mounted on a vertical surface, beneath a desk, or integrated into a surface-mounted raceway.

- Versatile Mounting: The enclosure supports multiple mounting configurations, including wall-mount, under-desk, or raceway-embedded installations, enabling seamless integration into a wide range of fiber distribution environments such as FTTH, FTTO, and LAN systems.
- Cable Termination & Protection: Internally, the unit includes a splice tray and fiber management structure that maintains proper bend radius and mechanical isolation of fiber terminations. This protects fiber termination from mechanical stress and environmental damage while allowing for slack fiber storage.
- Connector Compatibility: The enclosure supports installation of standard keystone style adapters (LC, SC, ST, FC) as well as newer high-density form factors such as MDC, CS, and SN. It is also compatible with MPO/MTP and MMC harness systems, making it suitable for both legacy and next-gen fiber deployments.
- Easy Access & Assembly: A snap-on cover mechanism enables quick installation and maintenance without specialized tools. The enclosure accommodates direct connector termination, fusion splicing, or harness-based installations.
- Material & Build: Constructed from durable ABS polymer with high impact resistance, the enclosure ensures long-term physical stability and protection in commercial and industrial settings.
- Pre-Assembled Configuration: FTTD Enclosures can be purchased loaded and ready to deploy. Configuration options include different combinations of couplers, MTP/MPO Harnesses, and/or ready-to-splice pigtails.

- Internal layout designed for efficient routing of incoming and outgoing fibers with an emphasis on preserving minimum bend radius and reducing insertion loss risk.
