CablesPlus USA has the LC/APC Singlemode Fiber Optic Pigtail available for many uses, including telecommunication and data processing networks, premise installations, along with a number of other applications. This fiber optic pigtail contains an LC connector on one end, with an exposed fiber on the other end.
What sets this LC/APC fiber optic pigtail apart from a standard LC fiber optic pigtail is its angled physical contact (APC) component. Polished at an 8° angle, an APC connector has reduced light reflection at the connector interface, which greatly improves performance.
Using Singlemode fiber optics, transmit data over a 9/125 micron glass fiber 1Gbps link a distance of up to 10,000 meters at a wavelength of 1310nm. For a 10Gbps link, you can transfer data a distance of up to 5,000 meters at 1310nm or up to 30,000 meters at 1550nm.
Choose from a selection of 12 colors, including blue, orange, green, brown, slate, white, red, black, yellow, violet, rose, and aqua.
